Yup. Sued by Nixon Justice Department for lying to black tenants saying nothing was available, or marking their applications with a "C" for "colored" so his people would know to deny the application. A few years later they had to sue again because he still hadn't stopped.

I think the debates a bit split right now. Hillary as been acting more presidential I guess but is clearly lower energy then trump was at the start. Hillary started a bit shaky but Trump got hit hard in the race part of the debate.
