Well I haven't seen another politician have the same pull as this guy. Everywhere he goes 10-20k+ people show up. The media constantly attacks him, constantly covers him... this is pretty insane tbh. And the memes... THE MEMES. His campaign is literally an allegory for the economy. The economy runs on some pretty stupid shit and stupid products a lot of the time. Right now what's selling is MAGA and WALLS and people are fired up over nothing and feeling a new sense of community. | ||

Moreover, the polls have been about right in almost every state or he's underperformed them. I really cannot reconcile half of what Donald Trump says or does with reality. I mean, it speaks for itself if you blanket call everyone who's not in line with Mama Merkels policies "an asshat". Takes an idiot to actually make that statement. There's a reason why the AfD got the numbers they got, and people like Nyxisto are part of the reason. The "everything is fine, look here, i link unrelated polls and lie somewhere in between" gets old, especially by politicians - and they got punished for it now. That's what happens if you don't listen to legitimate concerns of your population (or federal agencies, or police, or experts, for that matter). edit: that being said, there's a considerable difference between those refugees and aliens in the US. Mainly, these "refugees" are protected to a retarded degree (to the point where police gets ordered to not report on refugee crimes etc), while we're inviting them, and on top of them pay them more money than some pensioners in germany get. I don't think it's comparable to the situation in the US. | ||

I'll take your word for it that in the absence of reporting, there actually is insane rampant crime everywhere. And that as a result, we should ban all 1.4 billion Muslims, because you know, good ideas and all. | ||

The first studies (didn't bother to look at more after that) specifically on crimes related to refugees showed crimerates (for crimes like stealing, mugging and break ins) roughly tripled around refugee camps.
