You can get pediatric electrolyte for the loss of water/minerals (cramps indicate that)
If it was bad food you could be ok tomorrow. If you aren't you probably have an infection and might need antibiotics (should go see a doctor for that)

I've seen your case, which seems at first hand rather benign many times - the bacterial culture in your intestines out of control, resulting in excess gas production and generally fucked up digestion. This is because of a decrease in T-cell count, resulting from autoimmune responses or cell death.

In other words, you've either been exposed to something cell killing and possibly carcinogenic or else you have something autoimmune like HIV.
