They're the upper limit of what we're allowing 'cos they actually know most of the theorycraft but aren't that great at executing it, I think. Anyone want to clarify? So far I've played 6 D games on PGT (about a week ago), all koreans. They all had 200+ apm (vs my 100-150) and they were all a LOT better than any public gamers I've ever faced. Public gamers often fall far behind me within 10 minutes into the game, and are significantly weaker than me in all aspects of the game. In contrast, PGTour D gamers, or at least the korean ones, tend to fall behind me in tactics and strategy (but much less than public gamers do) whereas their macro is often better than mine. I'd say they were most strong in macro and least strong in theorycraft. Of course, this is just from my 6-game experience . But if that's what the average D gamer is like, then they are FAR above the public game level.

If they had 50% win ratio or higher that means they are going to be D+ or higher eventually.
