Better yet, we should have gg.net vs tl.net vs yaoyuan 3 way 200 man tourney! Like eager-beaver said, how is this gonna work? Super noob vs super noob at finals? No fun man ![]() the point was to encourage noobs to play. if new people don't pick up the game, it will mean a slow death for starcraft

This site reads well (layout) and theres a lot of interesting and funny stuff posted with the occasional bad apple which i just skip reading. I don't really play starcraft anymore. I played about a year ago on wgt about 5 or 6 games when I got abused (I lost vs someone and he reported it 3 times with the same replay if I remember it correctly) not that I actually won any games on wgt but still :p Nowadays I don't really play any strategy games, occasional wc3 game against friends or classmates but nothing competative really. Can I come try playing in about 6+ hours? I'm at work right now. I'll have to play from my old pc though since my new one doesnt have starcarft on it ![]()

Would be cool if in the finals of the tournament the judges would disqualify the winner because he played too good ![]()

tourney 1 - open to anyone tourney 2 - open to people who were eliminated in tourney 1 in the first or second round ... of course you can't stop fakers, so maybe you need to coerce people to try to win. like make 2 leagues. winners and losers. tourney 1 - open to anyone tourney 2a - open to the top half of tourney 1 tourney 2b - open to the top half of tourney 1 etc. u could use this to create a Winner's league and a Loser's league. the league should try to give people what they want. which is probably a series of games in a predictable environment, like, you know the player's race (sorry randomers), you play the same map, 7 games against the same person, who hopefully is matched evenly with you. the league would schedule matches like this for you guys and try to keep track of who is better than who.
