As most of the players on the North american server have become aware, a new team/clan has sprung up called LegitGaming. It seems like a nice and happy team/clan but there is alot of deception going on around there. This deception points to the leader of the team LGimbasftus.
1. Are you aware how much money private sponsors and other advertisements on the teams website pay?
Well Private sponsors pay 200 dollars per month. These private sponsors are players who are wealthy and are asked to do this to help support the team.
LG pays around 300 dollars per month to its players. Guess how many sponsors there are?
Over 10 sponsors which means over $2000 a month.Now where does this other 1.7 grand+ go to?Let me tell you!
Are you aware that this money is paid directly to LGimbasftus paypal instead of a teams paypal to keep track of this money? Guess who can use and keep this money whenever he wants on whatever he wants like his new 300 dollar keyboard?

The only purpose of LG's clan is to take bronze to mid masters money to pay for private sponsors. LGimbasftus started to gain clan members by offering chances for LG's clan members to improve and such. He does not care; it is all for the money.
Proof - ask members like LGdeathabove who was kicked off of LG for not sponsoring a tourney imba tried to force him to do so. Ask LGcreepy who could not make it to referee a tourney of which LGimbasftus was years above everyones rank and would take the money easily so he got kicked off.
Ask members such as unisub who got kicked off of management for not paying 200 dollars a month.
Imbasftus scams his players and his sponsors by taking all the money they pay LG for himself.
I was not aware of this untill i was told to do this over skype.
Later when i improved i was accused of being a maphacker. Wanting to see what LGimbasftus thought i did not mention how i had the game streamed and recorded. I was accused of being a maphacker for being able to play well so I left LG.
Other payers have left LG due to LGimbasftus not beleiving players can improve such as tbeezy. The whole point of recruiting him was to attempt to take sponsors from his old team which meant more money for himself.
HOW CAN ANYONE LET THIS HAPPEN!

If it's a private sponsor and not for any specific purpose, he's the team owner he can do w/e he wants with it.
Also, I can guarantee that this team doesn't make $2,000 per month in sponsorship O_O;
Also, if the team is shady: don't be involved. If he asks you to spend your own money to sponsor a tournament for the team, leave the team because it's a scam

ummmm first off that's a hate thread, second off they don't have many sponsors i believe, except for private ones, and they are fairly shady so wouldn't surprsie me... but you should familiarize yourself with teamliquid before you start making threads like this
Oh edit: and its a little sketch that their best player is on their b team, intense, the only player i know on their team, and he's pretty good...

So you're saying LG is a scam clan. If this is true, it's really sad  . People taking advantage of people who loves esports and sc2 for money.

I personally know many members of LG, and reported this to them. The players watched the replay, though I will not put them on the spot by name, but agreed with my analysis and reported to their head manager.
Don't throw a FULL team under the bus because YOU were pointed out. This is what I wanted to avoid by specifically getting in contact with the managers.

I wouldn't necessarily "guarantee" that they don't make $2,000. If they have hundreds of members and are promised that they will improve due to the grandmaster players in the team I'm sure 10/500 might pay $200/month.
I knew a couple of the people who went to the team when it first started, I thought it sounded shady. Most "private sponsor" shit like this either dies or is a joke. At the same time though, the players were only promised money per clanwar win if I remember correctly so yeah, it's not really "shady" I guess; it's just a guy taking money for nothing lol

Well it's not like he's stealing anyone's money. If people are stupid enough to pay a monthly fee to be part of his team... I was on the same team as imba a little while ago. I have a hard time believing you because if how mad and bitter you sound.

That has nothing to do with the fact that more then on person believes you are a maphacker. I also watched the replay and it feels really sketchy some of the things you do.

I would, they are a reallly really small team in the scheme of things, and I know from being the COO of Team Legion unless they have some really rich private sponsors, they do not make nearly that much, if anything at all since 2 of their 3 sponsors do not give money, and the other one i have no clue anything about... so yeah i'd be surprised if they made 50$ / month.

The problem is that you don't have proof. You need screen shots, recordings, ect. All of this is just off of your word, nothing more.
I have, however, heard from many top players in private (lol I'm being hypocritical) about the leader of LG map hacking himself. So I'm not surprised
