That being said, I dont really get the gravity of the word "gook", i'm not from the US, I know it's towards asians, but I also guess it's not "as bad" as the N word, I mean, racist propaganda against the two asian countries US been in war with made it easier to tolerate that kind of language I guess, but personally I still despise a little raging nerd expressing his frustration with racist insults, safe behind his keyboard. What I'm trying to say is, "who cares", while I actually laugh at how pathetic he is. | ||

Destiny could of just left the game saying "The absolute epitome of a skilless effing faggot" that's it.. But he adds on top of his rage with lowering his opponent to a non-human slur that degrades asian people. That is the problem here. I understand that racism is here well and alive in 2012 all around the world. However, better people, especially professional SC2 players need to get over their tribal instincts and just be chill with other cultures. | ||

That said, I do think he should be suspended/unfeatured on TL because that shit shouldn't fly here. I do think people used to get somehow penalized for it in the past, so why not report it to somebody relevant instead of hoarding attention by creating threads with useless content that can only induce pain upon reading? | ||

I do not understand the purpose of this thread unless you were massively offended by him, if so, just blacklist him and get on with your life. Destiny streams for a living - trying to denounce him like this is tantimount to standing up at work and shouting about how one of your colleagues has done something naughty and should be punished. | ||
