Pacers played well this series, almost everyone expected them to get bowled over, but there were moments were I seriously doubted Miami would be able to get through without Bosh after game 2. GG WP, very young team that played better than I expected. ^^ a bit violent at times from both teams unfortunately, but hey, playoff basketball (but seriously it did get pretty rough) Let's see who survives game 7 now for Celtics v Sixers, looking forward to the eastern conference finals (only reason I'm not looking forward more to western conference finals is Heat fanboyism, but from a basketball perspective, western conference finals is going to be legendary) to see whether the east will have a challenger ><

The premise is that he fails to win a ring in the 2nd playoff series. Think about it. Not to mention "The MVP has advanced out of the 2nd Round in past postseasons only to lose later on, suggesting 2012 is shaping up exactly like his well-known playoff failures.", which is basically saying that by winning, he is shaping up to lose again because in past playoffs he advanced past the 2nd round lol i thought it was serious coz it really looked like a news article haha, but got second thoughts while reading it

Does anyone still believe in his upside? Does anyone think teams would give up much for him?

Does anyone still believe in his upside? Does anyone think teams would give up much for him? You won't find a bigger Tyreke Evans fan than me. He attacks the rim in a way that's rare enough, or at least he did, he is a physical monster and I think, he's not done growing. But his trade value is pretty awful. You basically are trading for 1 year of his rights before his Qualifying, which is around 8 million dollars. Soooo...if he doesn't develop, you're left holding the paper, as it were. This isn't a "take a shot on a guy" kind of situation. He is still being paid some money. That being said, I love me some Reke. Oooohhh the Clipssss should get him!! EDIT: just to expound a bit about Tyreke. He seems to get to the rim easy enough. He's ridiculously strong and plenty quick with handles. But I wonder about his finishing. He has just a nice % at the rim, nothing super sexy, it wouldn't hurt for him to be a bit more "crafty." Also, his drives never seem to create for his teammates the way that superstars like Lebron and Wade do. Or even nominal "Superstar" guys like EJ or James Harden. Kind of like Russell Westbrook in that way.
