I turned around and said fuck this sexist club and we left, never went back. Allowing discounts or free entry because of your gender is extremely sexist. Whenever something is on special I order the opposite in the name of justice and equality. I am sensing sarcasm, but my point is that there was a night every week that did this (Thursday). No night was designated for males to enter free at all. Oh I thought you were joking and I was keeping it going. You're serious? You actually went to a club, saw it was ladies' night and angrily walked away? Of course, but I first asked what night guys can enter for free. We didn't walk away angrily either, we kinda laughed at how retarded the other guys paying to get in where. Nothing worse than seeing guys get taken advantage of because they are desperate.

Would be gender discrimination in Sweden. I'd assume so. Most bars on a designated day of the week waive cover and offer discounted drinks for females. they do this to bring in more girls to the bar, which will in turn bring in more guys. I dont think MLG has the mindset that if they bring in chicks to their events it will bring in more males hoping to score later that night.
Agreed, besides, whoever thinks that MLG is an appropriate place to score then they are dead wrong. Remember that guy who proposed to a girl, with the ring and everything, in an MLG?

While I do think this is a silly idea, I think it would be cool if MLG Gold Members were offered 5 or 10 dollar "guest" passes that could be purchased for one day admission. So, if you had a friend who was into other eSports but had never been to MLG, you could bring them along for a day (at a more reasonable cost than the $25 full weekend admission). This could apply to friends, girlfriends, wives, husbands, lovers, or whatever.
I suggested the guest pass idea on Reddit before MLG Providence, where I had at least two people (wife and a friend) who would have gone for a day but didn't really want to pay full admission price. As an MLG Gold Member, I felt that it would have been a nice addition to the services offered.

Would it really make anyone's experience better if there are suddenly girls that don't give enough of a shit about ESPORTS to be bothered to pay $25 for 3 days of entertainment? It would be cool if there were more women at MLG, yeah, but only because that would mean there's more interest in the scene from women; MLG cutting into their profits to appease forever aloners who want to awkwardly gawk and make women uncomfortable doesn't help ESPORTS at all.
