There were rumours about them taking over a non-Korean team for some time. They were even said to be in negotiations with CLG to take it over as a whole.This supposedly failed and now they are said to have lost out against EG in bidding for CLG.eu. Which would make them a perfect candidate for former M5.

Also Azubu is a German company but I dont understand either who they really are or where they come from.

Yeah Azubu is German according to their own website. http://partner.azubu.com although no one knows them in Europe besides for their Korean investment.

Needless to say there are mountains of rumors about azubu. ranging from it being a massive money laundering ploy to its various attempted purchases.
