Not necessarily. A company can sponsor a tournament to use for drafting purposes. I find it slightly weird for Azubu teams to participate in their own tournament but everything should be good as long as the officials can be impartial.

Leaguepedia NA Invitational
(Tentative) teams and bracket have been released

Its a lot of information and probably better if you just go to Leaguepedia Page to look at everything

Definitely deserves its own thread imo, just posting a quick notification here

CLG/HSGG gets picked up by an agency group that has done stuff for poker and golf players. Tasteless and a few others also got signed up by the same company.

CLG really needs marketing help. Hopefully eMG can turn them around. ;o

It's interesting to note that only CLG.Prime and CLG.EU are listed as eMG's clients on their website.

And pfft. CLG isn't #1 ;P

They were #1 by rating points up until IPL4 - now TSM is ahead by 125 points.

A lot of CLG's points came from preseason 2 (official start was IEM Kiev) so they were definitely strong ~6-9 months ago. CLG.Prime hasn't been #1 even in NA for a while now. They do have the #1 brand though with the inclusion of CLG.EU since they are arguably the best team in EU right now. Circuit point-wise, it's probably a 325 points difference since Riot hasn't updated the points for MLG Spring.

Just trying to figure out on what basis they make the claim, not saying it's true. I guess if you added up CLG EU and CLG Prime points, you get more than any other organization...? It's bad statistics, but I guess that's the basis for the claim? @_@

Oh, I was just trying to give Neo/MoonBear a jab by saying CLG =/= #1. We all know they're big CLG fans...and I'm a TSM fan. It's obviously all PR talk since no one wants to be the first to say "we signed the #2 guy" when the #1 guy is still free.

When aAa was in form I thought nRated was one of the best supports in Europe. I'm willing to bet that his moving back to Millenium with Yellowstar, who he already has synergy with, will make that team markedly better.

As has been rumoured for some time MoMa has built a new team now:

Top: Arthana
Midlane: MoMa
Jungle: Dedrayon
Bot: CandyPanda and Dax

They call themselves Zuom so I guess they will be the new mouz team?

SK looks like this now:

Top: Youngbuck
Midlane: Ocelote
Jungle: Blooddragon
Bot: Kev1n and Nyph

Personally I dont expect too much from both teams for various reasons, hope I am wrong.
