That's just what I think, I'm not featured myself so I don't know how it actually works. edit: (response to below) Basically I think featured streams are featured because they offer something that others don't. Both draw and siz)beggar are rather consistent in terms of how often they stream so the "better than average" play slots are filled I think, so it could be more difficult. Either way, it'll happen if your play is strong, since viewers will see that you're good even in non featured and start to return when you stream and you'll develop a small viewerbase anyway. I get ~15-20 on average viewers when I stream(which is very rare xD), probably because I'm terran and I'm pretty sure I'm a better player than most terran streamers save for say... bibiane or agavond, even with other bw streams up, and I'm not featured. gl to you though ^^ | ||

 , put forth hard work...Also I have learned not to care about being featured, if you have character and are a good streamer people will follow, especially if you are a good player and stream alot, then add a little commentary like I said and obviously the result will be more and more viewers staying longer and longer. But regardless you shouldn't be streaming just to get featured, or expect to get featured just because you are B- and you stream, a lot of other things go into account when picking featured streams other than skill. | ||

but seriously, get over your rank. it honestly means nothing at all as to if you can get featured. I was featured when i was borderline C-/C. Just stop QQing about low viewer counts, make your stream better and people will watch. If you impress the mods with a good quality stream in terms of play/entertainment/repeat viewers then thats how you get featured. | ||

1) You can't say that you must be featured cause you are better from other featured players. There are many not-top players in SC2 who are getting 5k+ in their streams and not being that good. 2) There are many good players and good streams in the non featured area and they have many viewrs as well (in SC2). f.e. there is a good toss player from Type II team, some good gamers from Alien Invasion and my favourite (even thought I don't watch any Zerg at all, cause I don't like Zerg ) Happy Zergling who gets 500+ viewers!3) So think that maybe your stream isn't good enought or the people don't like it at that time. You don't have to be featured to get viewers. If you are good and try to be a better streamer (f.e. commentating your play) you will get more viewers! GL! | ||
