Yeah, imo Ruhl has the craziest delts too. I mean hell, they're probably bigger than my head. How old are you btw? Bodyfat %? Ever think of or planning on cutting soon? You got an amazing physique bro, I gotta say I wouldn't mind having your body for a day, you'd probably look great if you cut up to say 6% bf and went into a comp. Ever competed? Also yeah, I do rows too. And I definitly agree with your post, I too rarely stray from core lifts. Oh, and I assume you dislike Cell-Tech? :D If so, I got a hilarious screen shot regarding it that no one else here would understand, but you'd love it. :p "Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder, but don't nobody wanna lift no heavy ass weight" Gotta love Big Ron, he's never going to lose the Olympia until they add a smile pose and Gunter whips, or until he retires. Oh, and have you ever met any pros? I got a buddy who's met about a dozen, apparently Levron is a TOTAL asshole, not to mention his physique is absolutely pathetic for an IFBB pro now, he only trains like 4 months a year and my mom has bigger forearms than his. He has these jacked out tris/bis then some scrawny forearms... He used to look great though.
- I've never admired Ruhl's delts, most likely due to the abscess scar tissue and the site injections. His anterior deltoids have a very distorted shape due to synthol or too much site injecting. Nonetheless he has the strongest deltoids in bodybuilding as far as presses are concerned. - I'm 21, roughly 15% bodyfat. I've never had the discipline to diet extensively enough to get to sub 8% levels. I would love to but I tend to lose too much muscle in the process for my preference. To be perfectly honest I would NEVER cut without a cycle of AAS, just lose too much muscle. I trained for football in the past, now I train for fun/strength/muscle. Not to mention its cold the majority of the year where I live so I wouldn't have the opportunity to "showcase" such a low bodyfat level. Its crucial for the ladies though I know. You could be world's strongest man and the average lady wouldn't give a f*ck if you didn't have visible abdominals. - I don't mind Cell-Tech, its a good product, just ridiculously overpriced. Granted it won't help you look like any of the guys in their ads like Jay Cutler, Branch Warren, etc ... nontheless it is a good creatine loader. I can also get a good creatine loader for 20% of the price, but hey if they have 100s of dollars to at the tips of their fingers then go for it ![]() - Yes they will let Ronnie Coleman retire, he won't lose a Mr. Olympia. Losing to Gunther Schlierkamp at the GNC Show of Strength was a joke. Pure publicity, and sadly it worked, only for Gunther to show up in 2003 looking like a big square block with saggy skin. I've met Jeremy Freeman (muscle tech poster boy), Dave Palumbo, Bob Cicherillo, Mike Matarazzo, basically all of the East Coast bodybuilders. - Levrone has and has always had horrible work ethic. Even in 2002 where he almost beat Ronnie Coleman, that lazy bastard only trained 3 months beforehand. Shows how important AAS is and how exceedingly irrelevant consistency, hardwork, and effort are in comparison. Its sad but its the truth. Bodybuilding is basically who has the best genetics in relation to how they respond to the drugs. Granted training, nutrition, rest, supplementation are important, but all of the preceeding 4 are accessory in relation to AAS.

Nice shirt by the way. Nice. I was born in Texas (El Paso). Best friend lives in Austin. How is the Broodwar scene out in Texas? Nobody in my area has even heard of Starcraft ![]() Thanks for the shirt compliment by the way :D. As a graduation present, my dad is taking me to New York City to get some custom tailored dress shirts at Alan Flosser. I did not participate this year but there are quite a few people who play it in Texas and there are tournaments in San Antonio every once in awhile. Maynard is from El Paso or at least he lived there and he was pretty good a long time ago. :D On July 17 2005 23:32 MoltkeWarding wrote: Hah! Also: Detroit is the 3rd fattest and New York the 8th fattest cities in America according to Men's Fitness 2005. (I dug this up while searching for insults to use against Austin)

(I dug this up while searching for insults to use against Austin) Bro, lets be real, The United States is fucking fat. Ranking the obesity in cities is a moot point. There aren't really degrees of "fattiness" beyond obesity Not to mention Texas has a minimum of 4 cities in the Top 10 (San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Austin) The analysis isn't exactly accurate either. Those surveys factor in variables like "square feet of public park" (WTF??), # of healthcenters, fast food restaurants, etc... nearly every irrelevant variable other than the actual mean bodyfat % of the citizens in a particular city.

Austin is one of the top five safest cities in the United States. It's also a very weird city. And besides, I don't like Texas so insulting my city or state would get you nowhere. Detroit isn't that bad either, I love the snow (we don't get any down here) and the trees are all over! Now if you mean 8 mile then fine, but not all of Detroit is bad (Farmington) ;p. Besides, what is your hometown homeboy?

Not much to say about Canada except we're cleaner, our roads are in better condition, our trains run on time, our crime rates are a fraction of yours, we are safer, healthier, have a longer life expectancy, our politics are not as much of a circus and we like to compare ourselves to the USA and point out the latter's many flaws.
