Im still not a fan of EG though and i dont want it to be true. If they had money to toss around like that why wouldnt they offer a deal like that to nestea or something? That would be way more bang for your buck. | ||

Yesterday I deleted my post because it was way too much in the wrong direction. It was more a hopeful wish than a reasonable guess. Today looking over what people have found as very good meanings behind even more cryptic messages I can't help but wonder why this is even happening. I would like to take a stand against this kind of announcing. It's very fun sure but make a contest out of it. Don't do it with incredibly valuable information for Starcraft 2 as an eSports. What makes this worse is that so many people apparently already know. Do you think that doesn't upset me? I'm a sheep? Why do you treat me like this? It feels very derogatory. I would have minded less if I didn't know that other people know. If you can do it differently I would have greatly preferred that but I guess you cannot control leaks and therefor, for what seems to be this type of message, should not be handled this way. Kudos will be given though since it looks to go deep. However, just like the NASL announcement, and the SotG announcement and what else, because there are so many people, it gets figured out insanely fast. Just look at how many sick angles are already explored and are incredibly plausible. To that extend I think that the announcement has already been figured out. And that is part of what worries me and makes me angry. Why do you tease so hard, let as pretty much figure out what it is but then refuse to tell. That could be seen as approaching torture tactics or something. What I hoped it would be yesterday was that because of all the drama, especially regarding the signing of players. EG who are veterans of the game would try to set up the G7 again, since they know it's valuable and is becoming mandatory. However today, I don't think this is possible. Yesterday I realized I wasn't being realistic, just a desire. But seeing how this is unfolding there is no way they would actually pursue promoting professional conduct and or enforce standards for the eSports industry. I'm afraid the player signing is gonna be true. Which is the exact opposite of what I think is necesary right now to be able to support the growth. For this final point let me first start of by saying that I did not think EG handled inappropriatly in the past. But I'm very doubious about this. If it is the player contracts then I think they will have done nothing wrong in a legal or moral sense but they could have done it better by just doing it properly and not making a big deal out of it, and then initiate the G7 thing. I feel things like these, be they player buyouts, houses, announcing you are going to make a team house in Korea but then never actually doing it and never really saying you aren't going to. These are all fine concepts but please treat them as sacred. You can argue that drama and storytelling is good in some way. And in some of those ways, it really is. But this is doesn't seem to be one of those ways. This is not increasing our entertainement, this is putting a gun to it and make it unsure about it's future. Especially in light of all the failure communication with Korea, I hope we will soon get to see this unification in the western scene because without it, if things get done in a way that it "riles" up the forums, it will just be the internet coming out showing a darker form every time until it starts to consume fans and supporters. ![[image loading]](http://www.teamliquid.net/staff/HawaiianPig/ellyicon.png) Thanks you for reading. | ||

The file name of the MP3 is "neca_eos_omnes_deus_suos_agnoscet.mp3", which is a Latin phrase which translates into “Kill them all, God will know His own.” This phrase references a French crusade. I curiously attempted to subtract some sort of anagram from these letters, but unfortunately the only common/relevant words which stood out were: That was said in a sortie near Béziers, France... so I think it has soemthing to do with Bézier curves! | ||
