Its either buying out a contract, which the other team involved directly benefits from, or the player is un-contracted and therefore can't be stolen. | ||

3rd clip if it is referencing a player is likely Major. He is constantly playing customs with Idra and has repeatedly stated that he would like to go to Korea to train. Artosis is also captain of sixjax so there is also that. | ||
