There isnt that much Money in E-Sports at the moment to even turn HuKs head to EG, all TL blatently Hate EG as they are the biggest rivals to them as best foreinger team.
However if this rumour was about Ret, i would be more turned to the possibilit, as Ret and Idra always been close and Ret seems alot different to the other Liquid members, maybe doesnt speak out rationally all the time..i dont know...

If you have no idea what the announcement is how can you be so blatantly sure that supernova is doing either of those options. You know (presumably) as much as we do, so it's clear to say your word has no more umph beside it than ours, and really whats the harm is theory crafting.

The more this goes on the more im convinced its not HuK leaving. TL is playing along with this way to much for it to be them losing their best player.

Anyways given all the trolling and all the "proofs" in this thread, I'll just wait and see, though the thought of EG possibly moving to Korea to support Huk would be sick (scoots even talked about taking his sc team to korea at an interview at anaheim).

Time to throw in my own, left-field conspiracy theory, ignoring all of the evidence on all sides:
(timezone dependent) the countdown timer is synchronised with Blizzard's Gamescom anti-announcement about Diablo III:
"As a side note, any rumors you may have heard about a gate to Diablo’s Burning Hells opening in Cologne are completely unfounded. Seriously, nothing is happening at Rudolfplatz from the evening of August 16 — especially nothing to do with demonic invasions."
Prediction: EG is the demonic invasion, they're going to show up at Gamescom and play a Diablo 3 showmatch for the fans. It all lines up: the "good vs evil" preamble of the casters at the NA Blizzcon, the "four horsemen" is the name of EG's new D3 division. Finally: You don't GG in the Diablo arena.... We're through the looking glass here people.
When considering this conspiracy, please ignore the fact that Blizzard have stated over and over again that Diablo's PvP isn't competitive, also that their arena teams are three players, and that none of the players mentioned in the audio clip / bg text has any traceable association to Diablo or are anywhere near Germany.

Interesting. Looks like EG wants to establish a really strong team. I'll say their next move will be getting rid of some less talented players, starting with Incontrol.
