Thats a hell of an act.. killing thousands of innocent people along with the deaths of heroic firefighters/law enforcement. I'd be interested where they took that poll as well.

I hope the ban hammer hits the sarcasm in this thread hard.
You might consider conspiracy theories unlikely to be true but there's no reason to dismiss them. There are "dumber" threads in the General Forums.
Plus, if people didn't want the original "osama"-thread filled with conspiracy theories then this thread is great!

Ahahaha fellcrow... haha... there have been so many different groups of engineers that have disproven the conspiracy theories..
Ok, cydereal said it right - citing "The Alex Jones Show" or "prisonplanet.com" is like citing the national enquirer.

If the mods have made it clear they do not want threads about conspiracy theories, why did you make one? Also i read what you have and none of them are really that feasible at all. Trust me, if they had OBL before now, that president (George Bush) would have announced it in order to gain good publicity, just like Obama is doing now.

There's a much better case for Osama being dead after 2004 than in Dec 2001. There's an even better case for Osama being today in 2011 than in 2004.
Some of his tapes made in that 2004 time period referenced major current events at the time and were independently verified to be Osama. There's simply no way he died in Dec 2001.

So you are telling me that whoever set up 9/11 managed to organize the necessary amount of people and make them willing to murder thousands of others, as well as sacrificing their own lives? Or have all the 'victims' of 9/11 actually moved to hawaii? BS

I'd like to see them tell their families that. "Surprise! We killed your father at 9/11 because we thought it would be a cool reason to start a war with a terrorist group!" Yea, us americans can be pretty fucked up sometimes.. but come on bro.

p.s. maybe people derailing this thread should be a bannable offense for doing the exact same thing they preach in the other thread. Second this. Also, a link to the information on how American's feel about 9/11 http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/October2006/141006poll.htmIf you do ANY research on the 9/11 attacks, it is blatantly obvious that the American government did it. At least IMO it is pretty fucking obvious. But, do the research for yourself and don't trust me. And Bin Laden is such a controversial issue on whether to release a picture of his corpse. I have heard talk shows talking about it. I mean we can assume conspiracy, been dead or isn't dead. Just a big news story for American patriotism. OR It could be true and the truth is Obama doesn't wanna release the pictures of a bullet ridden corpse of the leader of the largest terrorist movement in the world.... So it's hard to say for me. No offense, but prisonplanet.com is not really an acceptable source of journalism. The link they give for that poll is broken, and the poll has some obvious phrasing bias if it's legit. Hell I don't know why I'm posting here, but you read news from a conspiracy theory website and expect what?

No reason to dismiss them, other than the fact that the majority of them are completely insane.

Alex Jones probably think his own birth was a conspiracy. I can see how this will unfold.
"ye i will testify" "no he wont area 51/cia/fbi people have silenced him with threats"
ooooh conspiracy. Funny how people think this is a conspiracy but then use some Taliban leader as a firm source that he was dead in 2001, ye that nice taliban man wouldnt lie now would he?

Yea. And pigs can fly. I am serious.
Rumours are rumours. Take them with a grain of salt.

There are small numbers of people who believe the government knew about the attack, but to say that it was all staged is different.

I predict Donald Trump demanding to see a death certificate to prove Bin Laden's cause of death.

Operation Northwoods
Operation Northwoods was a series of false-flag operation proposals that originated within the United States government in 1962. The proposals called for Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) or other operatives to commit acts of terrorism in U.S. cities and elsewhere. These acts of terrorism were to be blamed on Cuba in order to create public support for a war against that nation, which had recently become communist under Fidel Castro.[2] One part of Operation Northwoods was to "develop a Communist Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Florida cities and even in Washington."

Maybe CIA will give him a "long-form" version eventually.

You know what bothers me with this stuff? I do mean all of it, 9/11, moonlanding and now this Osama died here, he was dead, hes alive or whatever halfbaked theory people come up with in the end it just ruins the tragedy or accomplishment of the event.
This kind of stuff is often no better then writing your name on a memorial for the victims of 9/11 to try and be remembered in some vein effort to latch onto the event that is far greater then they are. Then you have the ones just pushing the agenda they want to further.
If they have proof, show it. Don't give me these articles that say "he's willing to show proof" or a source from Pakistani newspaper that ten to one was just trying to throw people off the trail because they just so happened to be housing the bastard. Of course they are going to say he's dead. Pakistan has been playing the razor edge of working with and against the US sense they saw what we did with Iraq and Afghanistan.
|
to all the people believing the conspiracy theories, now ask yourself this very question : if all they wanted was a reason to start a war with these guys (for what reason ? afghanistan has NOTHING, irak was attacked for another reason and getting rid of saddam was a good reason anyways), could they not have found another way to do that, other than killing 3000 people, in front of everyone ? they could have said they defused a terorist attack that was supposed to blow up a football stadium with a nuclear bomb or whatever story they could have invented, say that they dont want to be attacked on their ground and LET'S GO!? you guys are smart enough,im sure of it, to invent hundreds of other things that did not involve the death of thousands in front of the world's cameras.

You forgot this part.
Although part of the U.S. government's Cuban Project anti-communist initiative, Operation Bertstare was never officially accepted and the proposals included in the plan were never executed.

The key word there is proposals. The project was, as the wikipedia page you quoted conveniently says, "never officially accepted and the proposals included in the plan were never executed."
Edit: Double ninja'd.
