Does it happen after playing for a long time ? Does it happen during games with friends or against unknown guys, does it happen during tournaments ? I did notice that some people tend to have body issues at the computer even after a short time while others seems to be able to stand there for hours and do not flex a muscle just like some people feel bad using the 3D googles and someone else doesn't. Tell us more, we are tingling xD

I have found out that sitting on your hand will solve it, but I guess that doesn't work with your face. Get someone else to sit on your face ![]() In regards to OP: Sounds like you need to get off the computer for awhile. If you need more advice, ask you mom ![]()

But the face... Well, that's weird and I can't find any correlations with playing, maybe stress if you are way too tense and playing for too long, but that would still be very weird... You should see a doctor because of the face tingling. It could be anything, B12 deficiency, infection, old traumas... Whatever the cause, it is potentially dangerous if you don't get it checked.
