Many people claim to be from Belgium, and you may have heard news stories about things happening in this supposed country, but there is little evidence Belgium really exists.
Now, you may point to Belgian Chocolate, or Belgian Waffles. But these are products with the word in their name.

These foodstuffs aren't protected, because Belgium isn't a real place where this protection can apply.
You may say "but there's a Wikipedia page!", well, there's a Wikipedia page for the Shire (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shire_%28Middle-earth%29). Do you believe the Shire is real? No, you don't.
How many people do YOU know who have visited 'Belgium'? Exactly. What language do they speak in 'Belgium'? German, French or Dutch.
There is no real evidence that Belgium really exists. Don't try and fool yourself that it does.
I hope now you will no longer mistakenly believe that there is such a country as Belgium, and the lies which have been spread for many years can finally be quashed.

I have first hand inside information on Belgium!
Although true I might have been in Holland everyone sounded like they spoke German backwards really fast. But then another part of the people spoke all French, and then another part was all African. It indeed seems suspicious.
Also they light their entire highway system all night. That just sounds not right.
Something is definitely there where Belgium is supposed to be located. I can't really say what it is though.
Oh and they drug you once you are there so you can't be sure to trust your memories.
