Belgium is on maps, thus it exists on accepted maps and that region of the European continent is considered "Belgium," show me a map without Belgium and I'll agree that for that map, the region on europe is not considered Belgium.

If Belgium isn't a place, why is it an assignment on the TL country-picking tab, I do not expect TL to make such a huge oversight.
