You'd be surprised. He might just really enjoy making passes at the younger, insecure members of the clan. It can take years and years for things like this to come out. Look how many decades the Catholic Churches sex scandal continued before anyone reported anything. People don't really like talking about being sexually harassed over the internet to the general public, especially if it's more graphic than what happened in this incident.
