EPTme and my friend signed up for their tournament today at their website.
me and my friend have both been online all day (meaning at 5 which was the role call we were online)
at 5:45 we check the match ups and see we are not on the chart.
so i whisper advice and ask about it. and he then told me i shouldve contacted an admin. but how was i suppose to know i needed to contact an admin? on my side everything was fine: i signed up, was online at the designated time.
he then went on to say he isnt my babysitter which makes no sense but anyway.
my friend was talking to one of their admins (sephiroth) way before the tourny started (5:07ish)
then later when he found out he wasnt on the brackets he talked to sephiroth again and basically what went down was.
Sephiroth: you needed to talk to an admin
Friend: i was talking to you.
Sephiroth: im not an admin
Friend: yes you are.
Sephiroth: oh... i guess i am. to bad
so what i want to know is. are these guys even able to hold tournaments with this bad service? (dunno how to word it lol)
