They have already stated that if you pay full retail value for the game, battle.net will be free. | ||

Some south american countries are getting a version of the game that is cheaper but is a pay to play kind of thing so I'm assuming that is what that is for. Also looks like something is in the works to fix all the crazy freeze issues going on. | ||
