really really really anonying whats going on here

at first we wait for a month without no feedback at all
then they try to break any posters privacy
and now again "beta is up"- while indeed it is not in EU

they only would need to post something like "there are problems with the EU region, it will take around 48hours"
this would take 10 seconds and no one would be mad at all.
but this whole "we dont comunicate with you until we have something to announce" - it really really SUX

but instead? they accept everyone complaining
they dont want spam? well maybe they should start and put a little bit more effort in comunication with their whole ~~fan~~-custumer-base

The worst thing of all is that blizz is not even capable of giving us some infos. If we'd have any idea of when will be the beta available, then i think i wouldn't check it every 10 minutes. I mean I understand that they work on it and things but its not too hard to post an info is it?

Can anyone tell me why is that?

Well the fun thing at battle.net forum i have seen Blue activity, moving topics to other forums and so on, but no answear what so ever when people ask about EU Status.

I wounder what is wrong with them they have a forum to work with and even new mods (blues , Lylirra) only time i have seen her posting was "Beta phase 2 is up!" ..

I don't know, you'd imagine they at least could say stuff like 'it won't be in the next two hours that's for sure' so we could do something else instead of just waiting around.

May i ask what exactly made you think that? Somehow i don't remember a server maintenance after which the servers went up simultaneously around the globe.

it would improve their whole picture, if they decide to talk to us.

there are so many things where there is NO reason to not do it - like this
simply put some words in the forum, howlong beta will be down for EU

this would kill all the anger
