Well as far as cancelling the order, the latest day would be April 30, 2010. You would receive what you paid back minus the fee that PayPal charged for us receiving the fees in the first place.

That's the price made by CJ Entus, what you have to realize is that the material for the Oz and Entus jackets are completely different.

It all depends on how the CJ sales go, the other teams want concrete proof that going through this kind of partnership is beneficial for them. So if the CJ orders don't work out as well as planned the other teams won't follow.

I can't see mecca in your title right now. It says "Starcraft pro gaming merchandise" as far as I can tell. Btw, for Google it makes a difference if you have http://starcraftmecca.net, http://www.starcraftmecca.net or http://www.starcraftmecca.net/store, so you should try to use one form and not mix them up all the time (examples: OP, sig etc.). However, being number one for starcraft mecca does not seem to be as important as being number one for pro gaming merchandise. After all, if I am looking for sc merch, then I wouldn't search for mecca, now would I? Guess who occupies the number one spot for "pro gaming merchandise"? 
It is also a bad idea to post updates in an image because the text cannot be indexed by search engines (duh). If you must use images, use the alt tag.
I recommend to google something like "basic SEO" to improve your website, e.g. this resource here.
