That's speculation, we don't know for sure the drop would've killed off anything too major considering JD's reaction times, "I don't think Jaedong would've survived" It all depends on how well you think he could defend it. Watching endless numbers of TvZs, drops always have success in late game TvZ as long as they avoid scourges and there are no units already present in the base. It wouldn't matter if JD reacted instantaneously. | ||

And then you have to take into account that it takes time for the Dropship to drop all 8 units. In all that time, JD with his 400+ apm, most definitely could've put up a more than sufficient enough defense. | ||
