It's funny that one of the last things that Luxury said after his MSL championship was that he will practice harder to surpass Jaedong and become the #1 Zerg in the world.

he had overlord control on dropship path, wouldnt have worked.
and yes flash knew about it, however not about 9 oclock until too late.
According to Reach, he is the fastest learner he has ever seen. He start bw only like 2/3 years ago. Infact, his bw history knowledge is so limited, he didn't even know what the map Guillotine was.

Honestly, big props to Hoejja. Really seemed like the only guy who really played his heart out in his game for KTF. ForGG was serious crap and didn't even look to be trying, Lux just seemed like "I won MSL finals guys!" autopilot ZvZ until half way through the game and was like "oh crap, that's right im facing JD in a ZVZ!" and Flash, of course played great, but part of me feels like he expected to just ride RH3 imba to victory and didn't start trying until JD had defilers out.

Hopefully we can see more Hoejja in the future

You also have to remember that Jaedong had overlord vision of all Dropship paths. And then you have to take into account that it takes time for the Dropship to drop all 8 units. In all that time, JD with his 400+ apm, most definitely could've put up a more than sufficient enough defense.
