I agree, the only difference is that in IRC idiotic posts disappear faster.

Bonjwas don't whine. Flash has a 30-10 record (75%) for his last 40 games.
Flash is one of the busiest progamers around but he complains way to often about his lack of practice time. Before his game vs Up he said "I havent got enough time to practice for the thing T_T". Having in mind that he had his msl group the previous day, his words sound full of logic. However he had 2 tvt's to play there, for which I'm sure he practiced quite a lot, and having another TvT the next day should not be an issue for him. This is not the first time he is making excuses before a game, sometimes its alright but in this case it wasnt. Its a small thing but its bit disturbing for me to read in every his pre-game interview "I havent practice enough T_T"
As for the JD fans you are the kings of making excuses, thats what you do best. Lost ZvT? map imbalance, mech overpowered. Lost ZvP? meeh he had just a day off/map imbalance. Seriously there is no post in no topic connected with JD, where a JDfan will say the other guy played better. Its always side factor and JD having a bad day

The only thing this tread lacks is Idra coming in and insulting Bisu :D...
If i not want to spoil these results to me i would have to wait another 8 hours (!). Damn work, damn european timezone... sucks...

I hope Idra is here to provide insight

I think it makes no sense to say that because nobody can be completely dominant the way savior or oov was in modern times, the quallifications for being a bonjwa logically are lowered. A bonjwa is someone who is just this dominant. Not someone who's really good, or the best player currently, or even necessarily someone who's won 3 msl and 1 osl, let alone almost done so.
Since bonjwa describes a certain level of dominance, not a certain level of skill, it makes more sense to say that no one can be a bonjwa in the modern age, and players deserve possibly equal credit for a lesser amount of dominance, than that which actually quallifies a player as being a bonjwa; than to say that a player who is not that dominant is a bonjwa anyway. I think people who insist on calling someone a bonjwa even if it means significantly bending the original meaning of the word 'to adapt it to modern times' is far too focused on the excitement of using this legendary word to describe their favourite player. Just let it be a legendary status applied only to real legends, of old, and enjoy your modern times in which bisu struggles like no one in the old times ever has had to, to contend continuously with multiple would-be bonjwas for dominance by a relative nose.

I would have to say that lately I have enjoyed Flash play a lot more than before. It used to be 14 cc / turtling all the time, but lately we are seeing him doing 1 fac timing push/ 2fac timing push/ wraith harrass / bc. I have been finding it more enjoyable watching him not only outplaying his opponent but also outsmart them strategically at the same time. That's why we have been watching him win lopsidedly lately IMO.

Cmon July, bring back the god of war.
