july's got like 15 ideal drones waiting to be transferd to the fourth, but it dosen't look like he has enough mins to even start his fourth.

Storms going off and lots of dragons. Julyzergs nat is run dry and he has a drone at top right. Bisu still has 1-2 expos running.

jly is out of mins at his nat, only has 3 patches left at his main. July's going to be out of mins soon, whereas bisu probably has about 6k eft at his 4th.

jly trying to come in with a flank, he's going to need to storm dodge pretty well- he does, but i don't think it's going to be good enough to be able to defeat bisu's massive army at this point.
