I'm not sure if anyone else went. Just wait until tomorrow - I took over 1,000 photos and at least 300 of those are of Bisu holding his trophy. It was great to be less than five foot away from him as he celebrated his win. I love Khan, but seeing Taekyong win after seeing his lost at the S3 finals (back when I wasn't a photographer.) felt pretty damn satisfying. In terms of finals I really enjoyed this one - but then again, I love me some B-boys ^^;

He's the new Nal_Ra, a pathetic, cheese-bearing newbie without any hope of taking down a legitimately skilled player outside of PvP, the luck-based, Special Olympics of Starcraft: Brood War. GG, Bisu's career. GG. You fail mother fucker.

First, I love both Bisu and Jangbi. Jangbi has something very elegant in his playstyle, almost floating and graceful. But Bisu in these finals was just more. He had this spark in him, and if you saw his micro, e.g. in game 2 where he artfully denied a manner pylon, his zealot micro in game 3, how he exploited that timing window in game 4. This was the play of a champion who is on track with all his senses. So first, I think the right player made it out on top today. The second reason is that it brings back order into the MSL. The previous MSLs have been a "spiral of sparks", with a new star emerging upon every final and breaking the old veteran he faced in the finals. It happened with Mind vs. Bisu in Gom3. Gom4, with Jaedong crushing Kal, was perhaps an exception. But Jaedong went down to ForGG with 0-3 right after. This time it could have been the same story. "Old-gun" makes the finals, newcomer upsets him. But Bisu broke that pattern today. This pattern is not just some fetish of Bisu fans. It is important to maintain the "great stories" of progaming. With new guys coming up and winning the leagues, you are losing the "legendary" aspect about it all. Part of the fascination are singularily impressive streaks, players that look unbeatable during some time, who's rises and falls we track with anxious attention. Had the spiral of upsets continued, it would have led into nowhere. That's why I am happy for Bisu and see his story unfolding further.

STFU PLS Since when is inbase Proxy cheese ?He did it his face not depending on luck if it gets scouted or not . And 4 gate push is about as cheese as a 2 gate 1 robo reaver push . Stork didn't use cheese to kill Best ... So yeah i have to agree with DJEtterStyle i don't think that Bisu is playing brilliant starcraft to tell you the truth .He looked helpless in those big battles , but grats to him for winning .

STFU PLS + Show Spoiler + Is it just me or has this dude been flaming anyone left and right? Zoler being the first iirc Well, Stork, wait, did he even cheese Best? *looks for the writeup* Oh ok he did, but that was to seal the series off. But you put in "cheeses", meaning that Stork used more than 1 cheese, which wasn't true, since he only cheesed Best in Game 4 to seal the series. Cheesing doesn't really associate noobishness to anyone you know, it can sometimes be even associated with gosuness. Even if I disagree with with DJEtterStyle, stop flaming like that kid. K?
