JangBi's build wasn't that risky, he had a shuttle coming, 2 reavers out and 3 gateways down compared to Bisu's 2 gateway, no exp and 1 reaver in shuttle. Had Bisu hesitated for a few seconds that would have been enough to win it for JangBi.
Early expansions are easily punished in pvp, it's standard play to do exactly what you need to to punish it. You can't expand early in pvp, just deadly.
Bisu didn't even scout it. He correctly read JangBi and hit a very, very tight timing window perfectly. I think he deserves credit for that.
As for early expansions in PvP, that is so, so contextual it's not worth discussion here. Make a strategy forum topic for it if you really want to argue it.

every game in that series (except for the lol shield battery game) came down to jangbi taking an expansion at a dumb-ass time and bisu fucking him up. in the first game, bisu played like a retard, and lost his shuttle. the other two games, jangbi's retarded army (all those fucking zealots on destination, jesus) got powerslammed by bisu and the game is over
that series was maaaassively one-sided
