He could have just ran into his natural and annihilated him, but he waited and ran his units halfway across the map (to try to deal with the shuttle harass?), and then came back, but then there was a reaver with a shuttle and two high templars... he still might have been able to just run into that and bust it anyways. Then he didn't build reavers... you'd think the amount of slow zealots he caught earlier might have tipped him off to the fact that Jangbi was going to get a lot of zealots... but I guess not.
