Well if you cant say it for ForGG vs. Jaedong, you can certainly say it for Bisu vs. Mind as well as Savior vs. Bisu and in both cases the more 'dominant' player lost convincingly.

In Bisu vs. Savior, Savior at that time had a standard build which Bisu specifically countered. Stork, however, does NOT have any particular build(propensity to go 14 Nexus nothwithstanding). His really does use all the arsenal available to the toss in his PvT. So he's much harder to predict and counter.
In Bisu vs. Mind, note that Bisu's PvT was not particularly strong, and mistakes cost him. Stork, however, almost never seem to make mistakes PvT. His game sense is ridiculous in this matchup.
Not saying Fantasy won't win, but I honestly cannot think of any reason for Stork to lose short of him absolutely choking or Fantasy pulls out some insane stuff that.

Fantasy must be dismantled and cast aside for removing NaDa from the glorious presence he would have had in the OSL(his own fault for losing but still). Plus, Fantasy looks like Best and an SKT1 player much less an SKT1 terran cannot be allowed to win.
Fantasy is a creator of bandwagons.
Bandwagons must be destroyed.
Stork must destroy Fantasy.
Stork for Incruit Finals 2008.
Edit: And Stork must destroy the bandwagon against him and finally put to rest the Silver Curse!
The idea of Fantasy winning is a fantasy itself.
