If what was said about Idra's condition is true, that's a shame (and also a credit to known for playing with such confidence). I hope things look up for you Idra, your improvement is undeniable.

yeah, I suspected about the pressure on IdrA... everyone is either talking shit or hoping so much about him in Korea.

I would fall apart under all that myself...
He needs to get over it though. Stop pulling Sea[Shield]/Stork-style chokes and play at his full skill instead. I hope he does.

Probably the status of "man to beat" wasn't really supporting him, while it's known that the status of underdog makes you play with more confidence, I remember this happening to Draco in WCG poland last year, I don't know who between Idra and Draco had spent more time in korea before playing national finals though.
Moreover I think that you need a lot of time to level up once you go to korea, because probably you have to change your whole approach, also playing for so much time every day could very well result in you not focusing on your games at first, and so training becomes ineffective.
I remember that also PJ didn't qualify for WCG china after joining SKT1, while he probably would have qualified if he didn't move from china, since he was the most dominant player at that time.

I'm just trying to find examples or making hypotesis... anyway the skill of the opponents is by itself a good reason

you know what they say "Those who can do, and those who can't teach" and right now it sounds like you teach.. do you have some sort of personal vendetta against IdrA? not that I don't agree with some of the things you state because you make a lot of sense you do, but come on regardless of what you think and how strongly you dislike his style hes the one in Korea not you so who are you to judge? your not paying for him to be there so in other words, get over it. It's always a lot easier to say bad things and judge people harshly but it takes real understanding and compassion to stop the jealousy and congratulate someone i mean he followed his dream and as cocky as he may be no one can take that from him. In no way i am a IdrA fan or lover and I do think he has to work on his social skills, how to treat others and some manners but him being a progamer in Korea benefits us in the foreign scene greatly regardless of him doing good or bad, agree? Your just snooping down to his level by saying some of the things you say, there are ways to state your opinion with out being a hateful prick about it because fact is at the end of the day all it is, is YOUR opinion. I think its great that NonY and G5 won they deserve it, IdrA didn't give it to them they took it.. and its wonderful that IdrA is in Korea that's great for the foreign scene hopefully NonY goes as well! Great job to everyone for just making it there! Sad that Yosh couldn't go he had a job interview he woulda kicked ass :D

What the fuck you're talking about? I took second place in my WCG, not 5-6, only because of that i can go. Besides we together with Ra started working on it since july, cause we knew one of us takes second place, though we underrated Dimaga who took first. Now draw is done it's simply impossible even for second place to go.

It was no offence at all? Could you please look up when I wrote that? It wasn't decided that IdrA is out by then. Obviously I know that its not possible to pay for yourself when you are #6 or something-_-..
I have no clue why you are offended;

Too many people saying "Wtf why Strelok goes, if Ukraine has only 1 slot". They treat like i have stolen their own slot, instead of being happy for other person. So may be i started seing offence even in nothing. If the situation is like you said - sorry.

I just feel so bad that Idra lost and he really has to work on his social skills I think..... he was sitting alone before the matches and after he lost he was just sitting blankly watching the screen...... I feel so bad =\

Yes, Strelok. It certainly was a misunderstanding. There's no reason at all for people to look down upon the way in which you acquired your 2nd slot. No, on the contrary, it's a really nice example, of which Idra will hopefully be able to profit himself too. I doubt they're going to accept extra seeds after group drawing though.

Just like Strelok&White-Ra, you (US players) shouldve planned 2nd seed sponsoring ahead of time I guess.

No problem dude. You are one of very few foreign Terrans. I wish you best of luck and hopefully you can show what you are capable of. :-)!
