?? Winning WCG USA does nothing to make up for his reputation. It doesn't change the fact that he stole money from people or that he is and always will be a hacker on bnet. He hasn't ever apologized or even stopped hacking for that matter...

dunno man, I think most people hate him because he's an unrepentant and repetitive hacker, which doesn't really change if he can play well without hacking. just makes it sadder, in some ways.

Yea, if you win a money tournament using hacks that would otherwise be won be other legitimate players is what I meant by that.

I feel so bad for Idra.... I am currently at the event and I really think he has a great skills and sick micro but he is his own worst enemy. I saw him play vs incontrol on the main stage vs inc and seeing a stoic zerg killer who 2-0ed inc without any trouble at all. When I saw Idra play vs Nony, Idra did a cheese build surprisingly on troy the first game and he seemed pretty flustered by it. He was tapping his leg really really fast, was just sitting staring blankly, and visually looked shocked and extremely disappointed like he was in alot of trouble. After playing a more safe and standard game on game two vs nony on othello and nony still had the upper hand allllllllllll game Idra just seemed drained. He sat staring at his screen and off into space, did not talk to anyone, and was just there beating himself up in his own mind it looked. At first after the losses I thought Idra was just saving some of his better builds after gruop stage but I he just got outplayed game 2 on othello. Not a knock on Idra at all but Nony was playing amazing...... Nony was playing with 100% confidence while Idra was obviously shaken. He was sitting alone and not really talking with many people so I don't know if he was just trying to concentrate and get in the zone or if the pressure was already getting to him. Him vs g5 I missed the first game but I heard the dt drop just got him off gaurd and then I ran back to watch the last game and honestly, by the look on Idras face, it looked like he lost already. It was a pretty standard game and g5 opened up with his goon with shuttle break and I don't think Idra sees alot of that in Korea so he was caught offgaurd and was behind from the start. I think as soon as he was behind like that, Idra lost it mentally. I just felt so bad for this guy who deserved to advance from his group but g5 played pretty nicely wining a tight game 3 vs inc and a very good game vs Idra on othello. I won't question Idra's skill but I will say that he needs to toughen up mentally. gg's so far look forward to tomorrow

Nony is playing like a pro. His practice is obviously paying off. I agree that Idra seemed to be mind fucking himself after his cheese failed, but nony stomped him in a convincing way on a Terran favored map =\

Also, Dino beating Machine was interesting - Machine had the first game one but, in his words, choked... then game 2 Dino cheesed.

I had Machine in game 1 of our series on Andro and choked... then of all the maps I get RAPED pvz on Troy... no game plan at all, was pretty demoralized after the Andro game. Anyway, I have to say:

1. Machine has gotten way better than the last time I played him. Much respect.
2. G5 is better than I expected in general, again, much respect.
3. Nony will win without a single loss. My group doesn't even matter.

What the fuck you're talking about? I took second place in my WCG, not 5-6, only because of that i can go. Besides we together with Ra started working on it since july, cause we knew one of us takes second place, though we underrated Dimaga who took first. Now draw is done it's simply impossible even for second place to go.
