I need maybe 1-2 volunteers to help admin the matches and also some people who will dedicate themselves to taking lots of pictures of the event. If you are interested in any of the above, please PM ME!.

Also a note:

1) Register for the tournament on the website (see link in 1st post). When I leave for my flight, all names pre-registered will be *FINAL* - I will add the rest of the people who have SAID they are coming, but I will be marking who has registered before the cutoff. These people will be eligible for the raffle.

2) Check in will be from 11:30-12:30 , and we'll start actually playing at around 12:30. So MAKE SURE you are punctual and on time.

3) Expect some kind of dinner break after the group stage has finished.

Good stuff, I already started scouting out the area nearby for outing spots afterwards but honestly it`s not that fertile... we'll have to go east or south. Lots of restaurants around there though!

BUMP! I've updated the op post with a lot of useful information as well as the **PRIZE DISTRIBUTION!** (NOTE: I made the prize distribution assuming 35 players attend, plus Fayth is donating $400). I believe this is a good distribution this way all in the top 8 at least get their money back.

Saturday morning. My plan it to cab straight to the event tired as fuck, load up my luggage in Aerials' car (btw MSN me if that's cool) bust out in the first round and then put up a stream obsing / commentating with whoever on the good games.
