So, if I understand it correctly what happens (retrieved from semioldguy's thread on GOM4 MSL):

Groupings atm are:
Group A: Jaedong + YellOw[ArnC]
Group B: JangBi + Canata
Group C: Kal + Sea
Group D: Mind + free
Group E: NaDa + Goodfriend
Group F: Light + sAviOr
Group G: UpMagiC + Bisu
Group H: Flash + Hwasin

remaining players are: 17. firebathero 18. Much 19. Kwanro 20. Memory 21. fOrGG 22. (P)Anytime 23. Shark 24. Luxury
25. Lomo 26. LuCifer 27. HerO 28. fantasy 29. YoonJoong 30. type-b[s.g] 31. FrOzean 32. Calm

Then the players 17-32 pick themselves an opponent (in that order), placing them into one of the 8 groups.

Afterwards the switching happens, so players 9-16 can pick actions:

1) Move themselves.
2) Move their opponent.
3) Pass.

16 to 9 have one action

The seeded players have steal draft options:

1) Move ANY unseeded player.
2) Pass.

8 to 3 have two actions
2 and 1 have three actions.
