NaDa - The Tornado Terran hasn't been devastating my towns lately. Ever since his last breath in the ShinHan Masters he has been on a downward spiral. Having a mediocre record in both rounds of Proleague he flunked out of group stages of Daum, GomTV 2, GomTV 3, and Ever 2007 Starleagues. He didn't even get into Bacchus OSL. He went 0-3 in his GSI group. The only positive note is his preformance in OSC where he made a late game comeback against SoO.
NaDa's play was so abysmal in game one aginst Anytime in the ro 16 that many lost faith in him to advance. However he did. Despite Anytime playing bad in games 2 and 3, NaDa stepped up to the plate elevating his game. His win over Anytime and advancement to the ro8 is the ounce of light shining down into the abyss NaDa has fallen into. NaDa follows the light to climb out but shortly after runs into Mind...
Mind - He is ugly, he is nerdy, he has sub-par mnm Control, he is boring to watch. However, he wins. Mind shocked the progaming world when he defeated both sAviOr and Bisu in bo5 sets to win the GomTV 3 MSL. Since then he has had solid, yet not spectacular, game bolstering a good proleague record and making the ro8 here. Mind's best matchup is TvT which has been tested in a best of 5 series when he demolished Mania last season. Mind is the slight favourite to win this series. Mind is a solid player and I am sure he will play solid once again. The question is will the inconsistent NaDa be able to step up to Mind's level?
