With the release of ShieldBattery's latest update, we now have rollback in BW games played on ShieldBattery. This allows you to play at a much better latency when looking at the input delay that is usually used on SC:R.

Criteria for Winning
Top 5: have played at least 100 games
3 random players: raffle to pick 3 random players in the league -> 1 ticket for playing 60 games, another ticket for every 10 games after that
How to play
1. Read the rules below
2. Click on the link above, log into ShieldBattery and click on the "Join" button for the league
3. Play in the 1v1 matchmaking queue.
4. Play even more in the 1v1 matchmaking queue.
Rules
- Players who are found to try and rack up games by playing quick cheeses such as 4/5 pool, BBS, 2 gate proxy, or similar strategies for a large portion of their games will not be eligible to receive any prize money.
- Excessive BM or otherwise unsportsmanlike conduct will result in being removed without prior warning. This includes repeated unfounded accusations of cheating towards opponents, purposefully staying and wasting others' time by not leaving after losing, trying to manipulate the ladder rankings by playing on smurf accounts to better position your main account, or by colluding with a friend, as well as abusing bugs that are generally not allowed in competitive games:  Competitive Rules
- Players who secure a prize through placements are exempt from getting picked for the random player prize raffle. If you are one of the highest ranked players but don't meet the game requirement for the prize while meeting the requirement for the raffle, you will be entered into the raffle.
- You do not need to create a new account. Leagues are separate from the standard ladder
- You have to play under your most well known name
- You may not enter with more than one account
Players barred from entering
- This is an international tournament. Players from anywhere in the world can enter
- Players currently banned from participating in tournaments such as BSL, IPSL, etc., or team leagues such as BWCL, SCUL, CPL, etc..

scan can be a big factor passing information to koreans. not sure if its a good move to ban him. especially if its a 17year old ban haha

it says its from a "gg.net blacklist" which i assume is outrageously outdated and inadequate for 2026
but yes i'd imagine it stems from his ban for tsl2 ladder abuse

I assume this is a "we'll know it when we see it" type of situation where it will be really obvious if someone is just playing a ton of 2 minute games.

i think scan also frequently smurfed defiler tour/iccup tournaments in the past, but IMO i think it is time to unban him
don't know exactly how many times scan smurfed, i just remember sayle memeing in his casts about how every terran could possibly be scan lol

I think unbanning scan would be better for ShieldBattery as a whole as you're more likely to get more players involved with him unbanned since he'll likely participate and tell his friends about it as well.
