I hope people stop overrating Rain now

7 years ago, he was carried by his PvP

Without his godly PvP, he's just another average Protoss with subpar PvT

Solidly the 4th best Toss IMO, tied with Bisu

Rain is an interesting player. It's always super impressive to watch his army movement, at least for me.
I do agree he's not on SnOw/Mini/Bisu/Best level though, but he is miles ahead of ... well... everyone else.
