Terran definitely seems to benefit the most from "kicking back and waiting until they are strong" playstyle while protoss is in theory racing against the clock to beat up the terran or face a "too big to handle" mech ball. I wonder if that dynamic causes toss to more often take sub-optimal engages where a terran doens't have to "gamble" on any engages.
