This core principle has recently eroded worldwide. And we can hear statements like: "You are highly likely %any_statement%", supported by a solid amount of Facebook likes, instead of bulletproof evidence.

So far the evidence here is the words "self evident", "obvious", "quite evident" and alike.

If Eon would have scouted a rax, or would have killed scouting scv, or would have noticed a bunker being built, a regame would have been unfair irrespective to whether Casper "forgot" or "could not" build a supply. And such odd situations are as well stated in the rulebook.

Our case if very different and I belive an enforced regame fit well with the frames admins built for themselves and must therefore abide.

Eliminating this regame timeframe entirely opens another rule abuse related to lags. But a threat made earlier here to abuse 2 minutes rule and play 4 pool only without scout is something to consider. We have anticipated that earlier and implemented a "Time waste" rule. Though it is much easier and professionally proactive to consider the threats and update the 2 mins rule to read as 1 min.

This case should have ended up the minute it happened. It didn't, and after an admin made a decision, the first one started to curse an admin and all the nation he belongs to. The other one started to make bad jokes and curse the first. It is just and fair to cut both tongues for ten tournaments.

The biased thing, guys, is that some of you got used to happy ends. In Soviet Russia you may end up in Gulag. Both Eon and Casper did.

So why are we leveraging old iccup rules from 10 years ago. In today's ladder, he would get a loss.

5. Are we saying that in any other tournament in the future, if you leave before 2 minutes for a reason like "I forgot" then you get a re game? Ok. Let's get BSL, BWCL, and all other leagues to agree. Sure, jeez can make whatever rules it wants, but if you're trying to do what's FAIR, then the 2 minute rule makes zero sense. Obviously, this is based on the context that the game was already decided just like eOn vs. Casper.

6. If someone in ASL did this, would they give a re-game? Obviously, we're not even half of the skill compared to ASL, but you get the idea.

Anyways, eOn is an awesome player and it's sad to see that he won't play in the next 10+ tournaments for a horrible Russian ruling that has no logical basis.
