Soulkey won KSL2 three months ago, so with all due respect I cannot consider him flaky in tournaments anymore. He has recent series wins in tournaments against Mini (arguably #2 Protoss in the world), Larva (one of the best Zergs albeit not a great ZvZer), and Sharp (top 3 Terran undisputedly). And let's not forget that he swept Last in a series that included CB and FS. He was beat out of ASL6 because he faced Effort and Mini and had a similarly difficult group in ASL7. Lately his tournament play is as good as any Zerg except Effort which naturally makes him the new top Zerg in the world.
