Are you trying to bait some kind of argument? This is the wrong thread for that kind of nonsense.
This group was pretty disappointing. Piano played like hot garbage...

nope, only if you want to see some effort domination, no games were especial. Piano games were really bad.

Effort ran through this group as expected. I enjoyed the final game between Horang2 and Guemchi. Loved the comment about how he left his reaver to die because he was pissed at the two dud scarabs.

I enjoyed the games today even though they were kind of disappointing in a way.
But there were plenty of great moments, I loved the support bay cancel.
Effort really showed his class and it is such a treat to watch someone play at that level. Sniping templars in the dark forest was neat.
Piano messed up his vultures in the push and that was sad to see, but it was kinda exciting as he had that hidden base and was getting attacked a bit to aggressively if that managed to stay hidden.

effort outclassed everyone in this group too ez

I recommend Horang2 vs Organ and Horang2 vs IAmMang if you have time. All the games were quiet good, really. But none of them will go in the history books.

effort looking really strong

Wow Tasteless has a sweet beard going. Tastosis is the best English casting duo, in my opinion. I love watching the games they cast.
Effort is a monster. I thought Guemchi actually gave him a pretty great fight though, especially given that Whiteout is looking like ZvP dream.

While EffOrt stomped his group as expected, healing from his ro16 curse, I'm impressed by Horangee, his play was really solid and he showed that he is able to mind game and transition without problem vs. PianO. If he prepares well he has a bit of chance to advance to semis.

In game one of Effort vs Guemchi, did Effort really do all that off 2 gas? What a beast!

I thought the games were very fun. Especially the second PvT. And that scarab made watching a PvP worth it lol.

I watched these and they were worth a watch.

I remember him being good and distinctive back in the day. If you vs him you had to be prepared for him to just throw down as many gates as he can support and overwhelm you (at least I reckon, never played him personally )

3 evolv hive is completely doable on 2 gas but no muta switch and no lurker so that makes gameplay very straight forward (basically kill templars or be humiliated) and insanely more difficult if protoss goes 2 base all in.
edit: I mean he did make lurker at the end but that was only allowed because he cut hydra for more lings as protoss was making goons.

Anyone making group B thread?
