SoulKey Tyson Guemchi Byul I expect SK to just steamroll through his group. I'll pick Tyson to also go through. I feel he can go under the radar sometimes.

And he's streaming ALL the time. As someone who was always a huge Calm fan back in the day it's cool to see him having lots of fans in Korea, whereas on TL he was always just a player most people made fun of with clam jokes whenever he lost and ignored when he came up with sick cheese builds. I don't see him passing the Ro16 though unless he lucks out with ZvZ MUs though haha. His ZvZ still seems great, but his multitasking is just really bad and I don't see him taking any games that last more than 10-12 minutes haha. Calm was such a fun player to follow for me because he was never top tier mechanically but almost always tried to use great mind games and creative builds to beat superior opponents (or fuck up and fail miserably haha). He was great at preparing for specific opponents/maps and so was very successful in the MSL/OSL from 2009-2011 (won an MSL and made ~3 semifinals after that I believe), but his PL record took a big dip when they switched away from pre-determined lineups.

Where vs Calm was great. Rain vs Calm was good. Where vs JyJ was also good. On January 27 2019 15:45 Alpha-NP- wrote: I’m rooting for Rain and Calm. And if I had to bet I would pick those 2. + Show Spoiler + Well, you called it.

Not terrible, but sorta bad when you consider that only 2 Ts made it to the Ro16 while playing on this map pool (IE sharp and Last are untested on this map pool), and considering Flash isn't playing and Last might not be at 100% due to wrist injuries it doesn't look good for T going forward :\

Where sending his overlord in an awkward angle making Calm send his lings to the wrong base was fucking great. And then to see Calm just mind game him right back with the hidden hatch and clearing the vision for the lings to sneak by. My god, what a freaking game!! I loved it, not often you see double mind games both pay off that well! Rain going full corsair-reaver, you never go full corsair-reaver... Really entertaining games today!
