It helps not to go mad and write "this other guy tries to talk down to me" over something so trivial. Players don't have perfect info, and Sharp did what he thought was the best thing to do at the time. Pros always do actions that seem like the wrong decisiona t the time, but it usually makes sense considering what they are thinking. If it worked, we all would be calling him a genius.

With how strong Sharp's TvT is, I think if Last wins over Soulkey he has a really good chance of winning this tournament. I don't really watch/study Last's TvT, is he stronger than Sharp?

rain needs to hide hes templars in shuttles or soemthing... they were getting sniped left and right by vultures

I love Sharp's play, I just thought that one thing was a bad decision. It's likely he saw the reaver (I think it was already out at the start of the attack, or certainly right after), so he knows there's no observers, and thought the mines would do more. I'm not calling him bad for it by any stretch.

directly rushing 3 vults to opponents probes work in lower levels because opponent isn't paying attention at all so its better to rush there simple. here you need to delay goons with mines or the goons will reach the vults faster anyway. not to mention poor handling of mines can force errors and may even end in disastrous result for protoss. im sure sharp is aaware of this and therefore made the decision to lay mines. if you think hes totally wrong you should tell sharp and every other terran pro, not me. not like he cares now,

He killed 1 probe. Are you arguing that he would've killed less than 1 probe with rushing the 3 vultures directly to the mineral line?
Anyways, that's my last post on the topic, you're not pleasant to talk to.

if he did not put mines, yes he can kill a couple more before the goons come and he has to run away. oh yeah a few more probes very nice.
with mines, the goons can be delayed with a variance depending on players control and luck. best result is that rain completely mishandles the mines, all the goons die and the vults get to snipe probes happily for...10s? its like a gamble, a nice risk move to leverage the situation
i never insult or look down at you, you just simply refuse to entertain anyone thoughts other than yours. if thats your prerogative then i have nothing more to add. have a good day regardless.

Glad for Sharp.
That HT shuttle snipe in game 7 was really crucial just before his big push. He was able to take the middle from there and Rain couldn’t do much.
Hope SK wins. Not a huge TvT fan.

lol yeah if last wins enjoy your bo7 tvt guiseeeeeee

now i’m a fan of sharp... rooting for him to win the finals!

TvT is the best of all mirrors, both in bw and sc2, but ZvZ can be quite entertaining sometimes.

TvT is better in BW, not so much in Sc2 these days.
I'm sorry for Rain, he just can't reach KSL finals, whereas I am not a Sharp fan.

You're fighting against results oriented thinking.
Sharp did not know there were goons close to the ramp and ready to defend, he went for the optimal play you described, end of the story.

Wow I definitely did not expect the result. Whoever wins in Soulkey vs Last, we can’t have a bad finals regardless. I’m rooting for Soulkey in his match against Last because I figure him to be the underdog.
