If he had just done one of those things he would have won easily. Really sloppy from him.

one thing i will commend sea on is that he had really good macro
tactically/strategically he was very weak in both games vZ

Such a scrappy game. Glad Sea got through, but it's not a game you'll be proud of.

1-2 zerg vs 3-3 marines lmao... Killer handicapped himself to give Sea a chance

Letting sea kill his natural early on in that weird base trade was just dumb
you will never win that kind of trade against terran unless you reach his production
|
All I could think is whoever gets through will be demolished

but he should have gone for the main/production rather than the 3rd

Lol wtf Killer. He totally had that the decided to stop upgrading his units for some reason. 30 min game and he had 2-1 upgrades. He didn’t even need plague. If he just kept his upgrades up he wins easy. Instead Sea’s marines way stronger.
Cracklings are what really do the damage in that comp. ultras tanks the marine damage. But they suck with only +1 vs +3 armour marines.

Continuing to attack when his nat was under attack seemed like the first step downhill for Baxter there.

I think his plan was to defend with dark swarm but he really messed up on the timing.

It was painfull to watch. No upgrades, no swarm, vessels flying into scourge, a-moving scvs ☹️ And Killer was in such a good position. Well at least this time he didn't forget adrenaline...

sea actually played pretty fantastic the last 15 minutes of that game. But he was so behind that it also took a whole lot of killer throwing to make the comeback possible.
not getting 3-2 upgrades for what seemed like 10 minutes is like.. how on earth can you be this good at the game and still make that blunder? not bringing defilers to attack is actually something I understand (they have limited viability in ultraling vs m&m fights in the middle of circuit breaker, as they get irradiated before they can throw swarms that corner the terran army), but the upgrade thing.. just plain bad.

FUCKING JAEDONGGGGGGGGGG
also killer totally threw that last game wtf lmao

Jaedong playing extremely well. Sea and Killer looked washed. Yeesh. Sea's macro is amazing, but that was about it. Horang2 continues to disappoint.

I can't believe Killer fell behind on upgrades for so long. That seems like such a ridiculous mistake to make at this level of play.
He looks like he got ahead and just turned his brain off.

Both my bets <3 Soooo happy my man JD made it! Loved his fast muta vs Killer and 7'o clock mastermind vs Sea. But most intense (scrappy though) game of the night: Sea vs Killer. Sea playing what must be the equal of Reach's style.. I Call it MANTERRAN :-D You don't see so many games like this anymore, since most also include vulture/mines.Still, I think if Killer just had been more patient With his army and Incorporated plague way earlier + some lurkers Sea would have a way harder time. GG's
