Dont forget about Hero. Flash said he respects him the most this coming season.
Nice double muta stack micro from SoulKey vs Sharp.
Sparkle and transistor is so hard for terran, and vs zerg is not even the biggest issue. I'm still not entirely sure what the win objective is for TvP on sparkle and there's no way to stop a 12 nex on transistor.
Mind getting through due to a TvT and a TvZ with all in inactive Calm. Hopefully Sea can manage to get through given his group, but I wouldn't count on it.
I was REALLY SCARED when Soulkey opened 12 hatch versus Action’s 9pool gas. then he was able to defend and I said ok he’s good for now... but when the last fight between the mutalisks happened, I was so devastated Soulkey is out of ASL 5 I honestly believe he is one of those FEW people who can defeat Flash in the Finals.
he lost in the wilcard qualifier, had a somehow hard time at the asl5 qualifier, and now he can’t advance to Ro. of 16. so awful it must have been for soulkey

if ZvT on that map goes to late game, Zerg has so much advantage if he takes up alot of gas expansions. he can just sauron zerg the enemy’s air fleet with scourges, mutas, devourers. that’s what I’m seeing

He needs to back himself as the better player and 9 pool.
yeah, but he got the advantage with the 2nd hatch, and he even killed Action’s 2nd hatch. so for me him doing 12 hatch to open the game didn’t made him lose. everyone watching can see the many advantages he had in the game. And there were times Soulkey’s lings infiltrated Action’s base. but I don’t know Soulkey still lost the game I really wanted him to fight Flash
Sk was doing real well. Not sure why he suicided the lings and Mutas in that last attack. If he kept the game going, I felt like his superior ability could have made the comeback from the build order disadvantage.
That's what I was saying after the prediction article... Mini beat the shit out of Soulkey on Sparkle. Sparkle is not zerg-favoured against zerg. It's just not looking as bad anymore.
Game 4 was pretty sick. Didn't think I would see another Jaedong-esque multi mutalisk-flok micro again. I'm impressed.
And then he loses against Action in a ZvZ AGAIN. Fuck you Action. There go the chances of anybody beating Flash this season again. zzzzzzzzzzz

He was never in the advantage at any point in the game. When he killed the Hatch he _almost_ managed to even out the match but Action had way more mutalisks at that point so SK couldn't do anything. But yeah, if he didn't do the stupid engagement in the end I feel like he could have edged out in an uphill battle.
Effort and soulkey are amazing players, but ultimately overhyped. Some people have skill, mechanical talent, intelligence, but they just arent killers. Soulkey deserved to lose just on his build order choice alone, independent of that frankly ridiculous muta-ling attack at the end of the game.
