Outage shouldn't effect this at all. They play on LAN, not BNET. Or at least I assume they do LAN since it was never removed and that's what is typically done for live events.

Sometimes you have bad games. Very good game by Effort though, 2 hatch muta I like it. Shame to see Flash lose but good job to Effort.

I like the part where Flash immediately pulled back his scv from his natural which was supposed to build the CC there, because he saw now expo from effort, assuming lings are coming. But Effort tricked him there by expanding to 5 o'clock. Effort deserved this!
