This is basically a pilot that only runs until 6/2. If lots of people support by tuning in I'm sure there's the potential for a longer-running offline league with external sponsors.

Don't worry about your english, i am sure most people here understand you just fine Thanks for the information, it makes sense that not everything can necessarily be in the studio due to cost. Nice that afreeca still supports the clan matches though.
As a followup, remember that Afreeca doesn't charge to get into the FreecUP Studio. Attendance is free. So Afreeca needs alternative ways to bring in revenue. So if attendance isn't consistently high Afreeca loses money.
Plus there are added logistical issues with team events. With the ASL only 4 players use the stage. With team events, there are more players to accomodate on-site. You need tables for the players to sit, reducing fan seating, and so on. It isn't easy.

people don't realise that you still gotta pay production staff at the studio - stage assistants, camera operators etc. since many of them are freelance, it all adds up.
Yeah, a bit surprising to see Light come out on Circuit Breaker, I don't think he's comfortable playing a drawn-out macro gaem and I doubt he'll manage to pull off some sort of rush on Shuttle

I was wondering why a Bo7 proleague style game would end after 3-1 only to find out that Stork himself sealed the deal with a masterful PvP, and then enjoying a cup of good tea like a fine man he is. Great league so far, looking forward to more goodness.

Why the stream is so laggy everytime, I dont want to watch it on medium...do something my internet is 100Mbps and Sofia/Seoul about 30Mbpsso it's not from me. Most of the AfreecaTV streams lags!!! Tell them to bye some new network equpmets or leased more bandwidth or just move your stream on Twitch.tv!!!
