why must the real cool players always have to be from group B, what a scam from ogn making us watch group A before we can watch group B. Lame. I always fall asleep before group B
We need UpMagiC in at least one Starleague, just for the good shows :-) GoRush made sure he won't be in MSL so I have to say GroupA Lux + Up! but Luxury comes first, shows very nice games.
UpMagiC started with the regular easy Longinus 2 fake bunker rush to stop drones minning for a good while, 2 marines went inside and got.. was it 3 drones? back at base UpMagiC choked well and Luxury couldn't scout almost anything the entire game. Luxury 2nd expo at 5, took UpMagiC 2 min to find it and an mnm force took it out, Luxury's Mutas crossed the map and unlucky went straight into a big mrine force that took out about half the mutas, the whole game went UpMagiC's way from second1. Luxury did make a bunch Guardians but UpMagiC had a couple of wraiths a few seconds afterwards, the Guards killed 2 SCVs before dying... it was gg.

short summary: Lux 12 exp Up goes first barrack, tries bunker, Lux defend with drones, bunker canceled - 6-7 drones not working good 30 secs Up exp and found the first ovi that scouted wrong Up makes fast upg on marines, before Academy and pumping from 4 barracks, adding 2 factory's Lux goes Muta and tried expo at dual gas at 6 Up scouted and with MM force killed the defending mutas and the hatch at 6 Lux quick Hive into Greater spire and lurkers, which defended the natural Up goes with 2 groups MMF + 3-4 Tanks + Vessel for kill Lux tried exp at 6 and 9, 6 got scouted and killed Up goes straight and raped Lux lurkers, sunkens, etc. 3 guardins were morphed byt Wraith took care of.
Luxury vs Shark Luxury beat GGPlay @ Proleague earlier, I believe in his ZvZ (also beat Zergman if that means anything anymore), he will win and beat Lomo @ Hitchhiker

You should've read the tips they give before each level of the Broodwar campaign.
I guess this means he never played BW single player. There's one Terran mission where one of your tanks get locked down at start, and then the siege tank guy says "medic, restore this lockdown pronto" or sth. like that. It's in-game, with a sound, not just in the tips, so you can't miss this.
I think Hitchhiker is balanced? The narrow path in the middle is obviously pro-T, but Z can get 2nd (and 3rd?) expansion easily and attack the Terran base from the sides.
I don't even know who I want to win @ Bisu vs. Midas. I like Midas more than Bisu, but Protoss more than Terran. *g* Anyway, I just hope for a good game, whoever wins it.
damn, I want to see long tense game. I feel nowadays the games are a little boring. Either some kind of rush or one of the players is much better than the other. Remember garmito vs boxer? Every game between them was so fucking tense.
something more than that... midas is strong in 2v2 too.. i remember a proleague game between midas and rumble vs yellow and reach(?) where because of midas SKT1 won on Iron Curtain

Hell yeah! every single game was something to look forward to :-) /me also wants long tense games.

its ODT ffs -.-;; your not going to get great games every week... random noobies get good draws and get into ODT, where they'll get eliminated...
Sorry for the off-topic but I don´t understand much these tournaments is this a qualifying for MSL, OSL or something? or it is already a major tournament?

ODT - this is the qualifying tournament for OSL which is one of the 2 leagues.
I'm very new to Starcraft, but based on my knowledge of general RTS strategy concepts Bisu played a fantastically good game. And macro on that level blows my mind. How awesome.
Really nice game, Bisu showed great macro and great strategy. Midas showed why he once was the most feared tvp player, just look at the pressure he put on Bisu in the first push. Constantly moving forward, covering his tanks with vultures...
Insane macro from Bisu. He had like 4 or 5 expansions in the end (Midas: 1), and simply overpowered Midas. Midas' first push was quite good though, Bisu had some trouble holding that but he managed it.
This map is incredibly bizarre. What gives with the neutral buildings getting in the way? Seems like it's impossible to rush on this map, so you can basically tech to whatever you feel like.. weird.
There's just too many favorite Terrans even for me lol Bisu can't pull a revolution on his own, he needs sAviOr to re-place the fear in the Terran hearts, the fear that is no longer there :-)

Was it even there at one point? I guess the Terrans were more like "lol wtf I lost to a Zerg?" And yes, there are far too many good Terrans compared to P or Z. The "no-name" Terrans from today are all pretty scary, no one is to be taken lightly, and everyone of them has a good chance of beating any popular "star".
stupid strat by midas to go 2 ports first. if he would have played like flash he would have won.
but free played it smart and a little bit better than bisu. only real mistake was the corsair lose at startup and maybe the lose of the expansion (which was the consequence, cause this first sair would have had enough energy for another dweb).
well bisu and free played basicly the same but different bo (i think frees one was a little bit better, because faster) - but the opponents played different. arkanoid is a lot about timing / strat for P. free had luck with midas's strat, while bisu had to face the perfect "anti-strat". midas might be the better terran but the skill level is so close... so it makes kind of sense ;p
sure i also wanted to see midas / bisu but thats the pro-gaming business these days :[ everyone's so close - you cant really tell the winner. the big difference is somehow "the experience" - maybe not in the game but with "nerves" e.g. in TV matches.
but flash seems to be strong... and free - well he is used to it ;p

Midas should be playing for a seed and playing for confidence. he should not be saying to himself \\\"omg finals winnar or nothing.\\\" his career is on the upswing and he chokes because he does not have enough big-game experience. winning a bunch of matches against lower level guys would do wonders to build that, and a seed into the next OSL would be absolutely huge. now what happened?
midas might not make the next one and his confidence is shot. his career seriously could turn right around.
anyone has the feeling that it sucks, that one of the best tosses cant make it ? Like free is absolutely godly... and well no need to talk about bisus skills..

The whole situation where Flash wins and Bisu/Midas/Free have to fight for 1 ticket, is messed up.
Midas and his typical "i'm fucked" look... Damn it, his tvp used to be so amazing. Of course Free and Bisu are great players but i expected him to win against at least one of them !

Some Terran dude on KTF. That's all I know here's his little "interview" after he passed the PSL.
Lee Youngho = The brackets were good for me. As I am confident against Zergs, I had the fortune to fight against Zerg in the latter part of the preliminary. I was not able to play my usual self in the first set against Son Chanwoong, for playing it out too blandly. I was able to overcome the disadvantage because the opponent made some mistakes. After that I was at ease, because they were all Zergs. I will do my best to advance to Starleague.
